An organization established in the 5th century A.D., with the aim to study the true essence of the Houkai and combat hostile Houkai Energy. During its decades of development, three core families have been born: Apocalypse, Kaslana, and Sania. The Shicksal has made it their mission to cultivate battle talents powerful enough to fight the Houkai, and has also set up countless observation points all around the world to better monitor Houkai developments. Civilians know nothing of this secret organization, hidden in the shadows of society.

成立于西元5世纪致力于研究崩坏的本质并对抗崩坏的组织。在长久的发展中，逐渐形成了以三大家族（阿波卡利斯、卡斯兰娜、沙尼亚特）为核心的组织结构。为了对抗崩坏，天命一直在培养足够强大到能够对抗崩坏的战力，并且在世界各地设立据点进行观测。这个组织隐藏在表象社会的阴影中，并不为世人所知。

5世紀に崩壊の本質を研究し崩壊に抵抗するために設立された組織。長い歴史の中で、次第に三大一族（アポカリプス、カスラナ、シャニアテ）を中核とする組織機構が形成されていった。崩壊に抵抗するため、強大な戦力をずっと育成しており、世界各地に拠点を設けて観測を行っている。この組織は表社会には出ず隠れているため、世間には知られていない。
