An organization established in the 5th century A.D., with the aim to study the true essence of the Houkai and combat hostile Houkai Energy. During its decades of development, three core families have been born: Apocalypse, Kaslana, and Sania. The Shicksal has made it their mission to cultivate battle talents powerful enough to fight the Houkai, and has also set up countless observation points all around the world to better monitor Houkai developments.
