바다의 고도에서 발견된 수수께끼의 소녀. 「바다의 율자」라 자칭한다. 촉수를 이용해 공격한다. 위대한 의지에 따라 인류를 멸망시키는 사명을 수행하고 있다. 키아나와 만난 후, 인류에 흥미가 생기며 인간이 가진 재미있는 것을 찾기 위해 섬을 떠났다.
