The distortion effect in time and space caused by Houkai Energy Sources is known as the "Reality Distortion Field". It influences all physical rules of the time and space it is in to mutate in unexpected ways, and all sorts of supernatural phenomena may follow. Parallel worlds and time reversal are both possible examples of such phenomena.
