An esteemed former Commander in the Soviet Union. Established the Kakaria Orphanage after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in order to give a home to children who lost their families. Later became acquainted with Anti-Entropy and was appointed as one of the Executors. Took over the reins of ME Corp after Raiden Ryoma was arrested, and secretly deployed her people and facilities throughout Nagazora.

曾经是前苏联有名的军官，在苏联解体之后建立了可可利亚孤儿院，收养流离失所的孤儿。在与逆熵搭上线之后成为了逆熵的执行者之一。在雷电龙马被逮捕之后接手了ME社，并在长空市作了许多的布置。

旧ソ連の有名な軍官だったが、ソ連崩壊後にカカリア孤児院を建て、行く先のない孤児を引き取って育てた。ネゲントロピーと繋がりができてからはその執行者の一人となる。雷電龍馬の逮捕後にME社を引き継ぎ、長空市でさまざまな準備をした。

구 소련의 유명 군관이었으나 소련 붕괴 후 쿠쿠리아 고아원을 세워 갈 곳 없는 고아들을 데려다 키웠다. 네겐트로피와 연결된 후 그 집행자 중 한 명이 된다. 라이덴 료마 체포 후 ME사를 인수해 장공시에서 다양한 준비를 했다.
